    I've been enjoying this journey since 2005; it has been full of joy, sorrow, fun, expectations, hellos, goodbyes and farewells. This job requires that I give my best at all times. There are so many wonderful people here and that have passed through Crossroads, both employees and clients. I feel very fortunate and honored to manage this clinic. I have three awesome grown children, and a beautiful granddaughter and not to mention my three spoiled Chihuahuas. I thank God everyday for bringing me to Crossroads.

    Miguel has been in the Veterinary industry for more than 25 years, he loves playing his guitar and most of all dancing with his wife. We would be lost without him.

    Ricardo joined our team in 2013; working with dogs is his sixth sense. Aside from the clinic, he is an independent dog trainer, walker and pet sitter. He specializes in meeting all animal's needs and providing them with the life they deserve. Ricardo is one of our lead techs and is also certified in ultrasounding.

    'A dog is not a toy... A dog is part of the family not just another thing you can throw away. Take your dog for a walk or go hiking with your dog , play with your dog. Most of all love your dog.'

    Sam Joined our team in 2010; he is one of our lead techs and also certified in ultrasounding. He has had a life time of loving animals and feels he is exactly where he is suppose to be. His heart is as big as he is.

    Alex joined our team in 2008 after graduating from International Business College as a Pharmacy Technician. She has been a great asset to Crossroads, as we would be lost without her. In her off time she loves gardening and spending time with her family.

    Enid began her technician career in 2001 at the Animal Emergency Center. She came to Crossroads in 2008. She believes that working with animals is therapeutic to the soul and that is what she loves most about her job. Enid is also one of our best dental technicians and also helps in the front as a receptionist.

    Jordan is a graduate of New Mexico State with a Bachelor of Science in Animal and Range Science. She loves spending time outdoors with her Cocker Spaniels and Lab. She also has the best organizational skills.

    Christian has been a technician with Crossroads since 2017. He is pursuing a bachelor degree in math with a secondary education minor. However, he has a strong love for animals and enjoys the challenges that he faces every day working in an animal hospital. Having two dogs of his own, he is also a part time baseball coach.

    Gaby has been working in the Veterinarian field with animals for more than 15 years. Joining our team in 2017 we find that she not only has a love for animals but she is very passionate about saving the the earth. She is evironmental friendly; and please do not use a straw around her!

    Walter is a Veterinary Technician by day and a DJ by night. Saving animals and enjoying music is his love in life. His degree plan says 'Math education' so we have a future math teacher in our hands.

    Jocelyn was born in California and raised in El Paso, Tx. She received her Veterinary assisitant certification in 2018 and soon joined Crossroads shortly after. She became a technician for her love of animals, especially Dachshunds, they are the way to her heart! She enjoys traveling any chance she gets.

    Nazlyn is a native El Pasoan and a graduate from El Paso Community College. She is currently pursuing her bachelors in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Texas at El Paso. In 2018, Nazlyn received her Veterinary assistant certification from Pima Medical Institute. She enjoys traveling, horseback riding, and plans to apply to Vet school in the near future.

    Michelle was born and raised in El Paso. She graduated from PIMA Vet Tech Program in 2019. She loves spending her free times with her three dogs. She loves all animals but is obsessed with Pekingese.

    Melanie was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She knew at a young age that animals were her passion. When shes not hanging out with her 7 dogs she's taking care of babies and children - her second passion.

    Kaitlyn recently joined our team as a technician and is also a student at New Mexico State University. Knowing what she has wanted to do since she was a small child, she feels she i on her way to fulfilling her dreams in helping to save all the animals she can possibly save. Kaitlyn feels her happiest when she is here at Crossroads. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her fur babies and a Ball Python.

    I recently graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelors in Animal Science and a Minor in Agriculture Business. I am working towards one day becoming a Veterinarian. I enjoy baking for the holidays and playing with my ferrets and dogs.

    Arlyse was born and raised in El Paso and has been working with all kinds of animals for 7 years. She is continuing her education at Penn Foster in the Veterinarian Technician program. Although she loves every pet that walks into the clinic she can't wait to go home to her 7 chihuahuas and her 2 pit bulls. There is no other job she would rather have than to help all pets live healthier, happier lives.

In her spare time she is attending the University of Phoenix and majoring in Accounting and Finance. She mostly loves spending time with her three beautiful children, friends and family.

    Monica came to Crossroads in 2017 after Anthony Clinic closed, where she worked at for 17 years. Their loss was our gain as we love having her on our team. What she loves most about Crossroads is she says there's never a dull moment. This past year she adopted a boxer named Cooper after fostering him for 'From the Heart Rescue'. She loves spoiling him, along with her husband and daughter.
