    Dr. Ron Weich

    Dr. Ron Weich is a 1994 graduate of Ross University and joined the practice in 1995; he has been owner since 2010.  His areas of interest include: ophthalmology, internal medicine, and soft tissue surgery. He is a private pilot, and enjoys motorcycle touring, as well as spending time with his family.

    Dr. Misty Callaham-Solis

    Dr. Misty Callaham attended undergraduate and veterinary school at Texas A&M University. She joined the Crossroads Animal Hospital team in 2002, and became Dr. Weich’s business partner in 2015.  Her interests include soft tissue surgery, orthopedic surgeries, and cardiology. Misty enjoys running, skiing, and spending time with her family.

    Dr. Sharon Joslin-Ortiz

    Dr. Sharon Joslin-Ortiz grew up in a military family and traveled all over the world. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 1989. Her area of interest is internal medicine. She's an avid swimmer, enjoys spending time with her family, and is very committed to studying the bible.

    Dr. Margie Zavala, a native El Pasoan, graduated from Texas A&M University in 1997 and joined the practice in 1999. Her interests include: dermatology and internal medicine. Her hobbies are reading non-fiction, cooking and spending time with her husband, two sons and daughter.

    Dr. Nancy Conkey

    Dr. Conkey is a native of El Paso and a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso in 2013. She went on to graduate from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, with a master's in public health in 2019, and her vet degree in 2020. Her areas of interest include preventative medicine and pain management. She enjoys reading, attending local events and being with her two kitties. Nacy joined Crossroads Animal Hospital in 2022.

    Dr. Victoria Barnett

    Dr. Victoria Barnett is originally from Oklahoma and attended Oklahoma State University. She joined Crossroads in 2018. Her interests include internal medicine, soft tissue surgery and wound management. Victoria enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, and spending time with family, especially with her husband David and all their fur babies.

    Dr. Karina Soto

    I am originally from Chaparral, NM. I graduated from NMSU in 2020, and attended veterinary school at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. Class of 2025. My interests are in soft tissue surgery, cardiology and emergency medicine. I enjoy working out, traveling, hiking and other outdoor activities. I also enjoy spending time with my family, my husband Bruce and our 4 cats.
